Marilyn is a Clinical Social Worker who has been in private practice for 16 years. She works with individuals and couples in private sessions and groups.

Marilyn graduated from Tulane University in 1989 and has studied independently with Richard Erskin, William Emerson, and Sarah Sadler. She is certified in DBT, Integrative Psychotherapy, Pre and Perinatal psychology, Trauma Resolution Therapy, Advance Integrative Psychology, and has studied EFT.

Marilyn attended and studied for 15 years with Patricia Dunbar at the Journey School and is versed in the interface between psychology and mythology.

She also periodically teaches a time-limited self-help workshop call Entelechy.

Marilyn brings years of expertise and experience to her work with people in their resolution of grief and trauma. Marilyn is a warm and caring therapist whose thoughtful, intelligent, and empathic presence provides a safe container for people to experiment with depth psychology.
